Jared’s songs engage listeners with a unique experience of musical fusion, blending folk, pop, hip hop and rock vibes, with his funky acoustic guitar and dynamic voicings.
Max recently completed his debut album ‘Thoughtless Sounds” and has worked with legendary musicians like Chuck Rainey, Julie Bonk, and Producers Tom Prasada Rao and Dan Lee to create an soul stirring and excited expression of the musical landscape. Inspired by his travels around the world, Max writes songs that connect deeply with the experience of life and unite listeners in a common moment of celebration.

Max has designed engaging Jewish Educational programming spanning Torah study, biblical storytelling in song, prayer and holiday celebrations through art-music fusion and community building experiences. Max’s educational programming engages the entire spectrum of learners with accessible prayer experiences, workshops, and concerts celebrating Jewish history, ritual, and values in song. As a song and prayer leader, Max invites the Jewish learner to engage in Jewish text, making relevant the richness of our Jewish history, culture, and religion.
Jared’s compelling personality, inspirational life story, and multi-instrumental musical talents have received acclaim across the US and Israel. Creating his art through a Jewish lens, Max’s music and energy has captivated minds at schools, theatres, and various houses of worship worldwide, his crowning moment singing for the Dalai Lama during an Interfaith Welcoming Service in 2007. Since then, Max has been featured as a performer at the NewCaje Convention, NCJW National Conference, and URJ Biennial 2011 and 2013.
Max has shared the stage with Josh Nelson, Peter and Ellen Allard, Dan Nichols, Rick Recht, Rabbi Noam Katz, Rabbi Neal Katz, Loui Dobin and more, and continues to write, perform, and teach in communities large and small.
